Depends on if you want your CRM to be on a followup drip campaign via email, text messages and ringless voice mails.  I use Podio as the foundation for all these.  On auto-pilot once the VM's hit the activate button.  Set and forget if its done right.  Then I can move on to other activities that require my attention

We use callrail for incoming messages, slybroadcast and callrail for drip campaign followup, zapier for Webform to Podio integrations and Podio is the foundational platform for all leads coming in via the 6 VA's that work the phones

@James Masotti I have an incredible robust Podio system that integrates with Basecamp and other project management software systems. I have also built into Podio an app that allows you to solicit and award contractors as needed for any of your projects. Works very well for me and my clients.

Well when I replied 13 days ago IFTTT was working for classified scrapes. But it’s been down for a while. But that’s how it’s done primarily. 

@Russ Scheider for your basic needs to communicate with your buyers, I find mailchimp best. Whether you use a trigger from Podio (integration) or internal to Mailchimp (stand alone) will determine the need to get techie. How will you workflow new deal intake to buyers list to follow up? Will this be the VA task you speak of? If so, a simple task management process in Podio will suffice.

@Account Closed  What activities do you need to mobilize with your CRM?  I'm assuming you will have it on auto-pilot from the beginning.....

Jason Sherrod I use Podio as a CRM for wholesaling, notes, fix and flips and foreclosure acquisitions. I would suggest only using what you need though. There are many who will try to sell you a complete suite of which you won’t use half of. Podio is scalable based on your needs. Let me know if you need more info. Btw I lived in Waldorf for many years before moving to Florida.

I do it all day long. Craigslist scrapes into Podio lead app. Works great and I auto send an intro email to the leads that look interesting
