Please check out this webform I have designed to get periodic updates on your rental properties, managed by someone other than you.  They would need to fill out the form, along with photos and videos, giving you an on going report of how your property is being kept up. Used on a smartphone, this webform allows the PM to take pictures and attach them directly before submitting.  Email notifications go out to the the owners or agents when the PM submits the form.   Too many investors have problems with PM's not keeping up the property they are hired to manage.  Please contact me for more info on how to get this service.  This form and notification system will give you the assurance you need that they are doing their job:

We currently work with investors looking for rental properties that are near the major attractions that gain over 60 million visitors a year from all over the world.

I worked for a contractor briefly back in the day and I find that they cascade. Meaning they get behind on one jibe because someone gave them a deposit that they blew. So they have to disappear and get another deposit from a new job before they can come back to finish the first one. So that’s when they disappear. Then it keeps going and going because they never catch up.
