Hi Mike,

I lived off Riva Road, however, by looking at your picture, I was probably there before you were born! LOL    Its just a great place to be, we use to go out on the boat and crab, water ski, etc.  I loved summer time!

@Alex FranksI would definitely take his advice.  Its all in writing and nobody can say that there was a different agreement.  But it still can explode in your face and lose a friend, be cautious!

Welcome to BP!  You do definitely have a head start!  I am not familiar  with Cleveland, but always willing to learn in any state that is good to invest in.

Welcome to BP!  There is a lot of us in the Maryland area.  My broker is in the Annapolis area, I use to live there a long, long time ago!  It is one of my favorite places.  You are doing great driving the neighborhoods and seeing what is out there.

There is also another REIA in Bethesda, which is a really nice group. I think they meet on 3rd Monday, got to get you the link!
