New Member Intro!

Hi everyone, my name is Isaac Peña and I am some what new to investing in real estate. I live in the Dallas Tx. area and I have been flipping houses around there. My background is in residential construction. I want to learn more about buying and holding income property, but for now I'm still flipping till I get more understanding and knowledge.  I came across bigger pockets about a month ago, and so far I think  it's awesome. I've been listening to the podcasts and checking out the forums.
