My letter was sent back to me and read "vacant"

But the only info I have is from the property tax bill from the department of finance

So if the owner doesn't live in the property and the mailing address is the same...how do I find where the owner actually lives?

I haven't yet done a deal either but I do know that if you truly have a good deal...even if you don't have a buyer there's another wholesaler who might want to partner up with you and market your deal and y'all split the profit...either way, you get paid

I think you can go to "Marketplace" if you have deals and market your deals and see if any buyers will respond...or maybe you ave to TWEAK the way you post the statement...I've seen ppl respond more to "scenarios" vs questions...but I'm fairly new here so my analysis might be wrong...

Hope this helps

@Justin Silverio

interesting....

So I'll try to find a balance between a little detail, short and simple. Shouldn't be to hard.

Thanks.
