Hey just passed my RE exam and debating whether to take a realtor position or work with a mentor locally. I would like to wholesale or bird dog to gain some capital to get my first property but I’m not sure which is the better choice. What do you guys think about our current market and changes to come?

Hello, I want to start a wholesaling business but am not quite sure whether or not a need an LLC or DBA. I want to open a business account and keep myself personal separate. Is that possible? Is it necessary?

@Ramsey Rimkeit Thank you. Very realistic feedback from someone in my shoes. I work and have a family as well, that I hold to be very important. Just a bunch to think about.

@Sean Gribbons You're right. As far as income the license has more room for growth as opposed to wholesaling at flat rates. Wholesaling would help me gain capital faster for down payments and education along the way before I start BRRR investing.
