Are there any programs you suggest I can use to put together specifics of house for buyer? Any attorneys in the local atlanta area that you know of deal with assignment contracts? For starters and since this is my first one do you know any wholesalers that would be willing to sort be a mentor for this first situation? @Latrice L. I really appreciate any help!

I have a motivated Seller I want to put under contract and this would be my first contract so I am needing a little help- ok a lot of help lol with some basic stuff and would love if there are any wholesalers in this BP community that live in Georgia that would be willing to help me out and answer some questions!
