I have a motivated Seller I want to put under contract and this would be my first contract so I am needing a little help- ok a lot of help lol with some basic stuff and would love if there are any wholesalers in this BP community that live in Georgia that would be willing to help me out and answer some questions! I need to get this contract ASAP

Taneka Nesbitt rehabvaluators.com let's you run the numbers and put together a scenario for buyers and BP also has calculators available such as the BRRR Calculator depending on the buyers exit strategy....As far as Mentorship, there's a groups like the Atlanta REIA available to join where you could possibly find a mentor, also I'd continue to ask questions here on BP.
