Nice to meet you! I am fairly new to wholesaling but I am looking primarily in Newnan and Atlanta is also an option for me to find great deals! I will keep you in mind when I find a property that is potentially a buy and hold in Newnan. Any other property types you would be interested in?

 OK so I seen a home that I'm interested in getting a contract on- right, Is there a script somewhere that can help me or give me an outline of what to say when I give this person a call,  and remember this person does not have this house listed for sale?
