Hi, I'm new to investing. However, I purchased my 1st rental in 2004; no activity since then. I am interested in flipping (short term); and eventually doing some buying & holding. My plans are to start with Single Family Residence & move towards Multi-Family units. I want to start in Fulton; but open to other metro counties, as well.
