Has anyone worked with a good leasing agent in negotiating/signing a Triple Net lease?

I am searching for an agent to help me negotiate with Burger King for a building I own.

Hello all,

I received my property tax bill for 2022 (Bexar county in San Antonio).

My property tax is significantly higher this year than the last year which has now made the property's cashflow negative.

Anyone know of any services or companies that help protest property taxes in Bexar county in San Antonio?
