I have narrowed down my list of cities to invest to Dallas versus Phoenix.

I was wondering if anyone who invests in these cities comment on the risk of natural disasters prevalent in these areas? What specific additional insurance risks need to be accounted for?

For anyone who has used an asset protection company to draft their business (LLC, trusts etc):

1) Any recommendations for asset protection companies that you have personally worked with?

2) What is a ballpark range you ended up paying for the entire setup?

3) How much is a reasonable price to expect for ongoing retainer?

4) How frequently did you see the need to consult the lawyers on an ongoing basis after the original LLC/trust model was put in place?

5) I was looking up "Northwest Registered Agent" (a company that offers all the services at a fraction of the cost) and wondering if anyone has worked with them?

Hi everyone, new to Bigger Pockets. I decided to join the forums after listening to awesome podcasts over the years by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin.

I am interested in investing in wind farm/windmill farm and was unable to find any previous forums on this topic.

Has anyone here had any experience in establishing a windmill farm or invested in one? Would love to hear their thoughts on the process:

1) How to scope out land prime for windmills?

2) How to reach out to companies that install windmills?

3) What is an average return?

4) Usual pitfalls and challenges.
