Protest Property Tax

Hello all,

I received my property tax bill for 2022 (Bexar county in San Antonio).

My property tax is significantly higher this year than the last year which has now made the property's cashflow negative.

Anyone know of any services or companies that help protest property taxes in Bexar county in San Antonio?

Thank you in advance.

@Justin Fox Texas is a non disclosure state. So even if the appraisal board asks you what you paid for it then by law you don't have to say anything. Its a common suggestion at the title companies that I use in the Austin metro. A few years ago the county appraisal taxing authority and the Austin board of realtors had a legal tangle about something very similar and Abor won.

Yeah i had some relatives that had some issues with Orange county appraisal board which is where Vidor is, I believe. I had to step in on their behalf. Ask them what their comps are to justify their appraisal value. And then pick it apart....
