Newbie From Sheboygan WI interested in buy&hold/flipping/wholesaling

Hello Everyone, My name is Matt Heath. I am a new investor currently living in Sheboygan WI. I am originally from Eau Claire WI. I am completely new to real estate investing. I started doing some reading on my own and found a new passion for real estate investing. I want to build a large real estate portfolio and retire early. I joined BiggerPockets because this site rocks!!

I am interested in Buy and Hold properties, Flipping, and Wholesaling. I am currently in the process of purchasing my first property with an FHA loan on a fourplex!

I am extremely passionate about real estate investing and am very excited to get started!

Welcome to Biggerpockets!

We are buy and hold investors of single family homes. We got started by living in our house and than renting it out when we were transferred. We invest in single family homes. The key is just to get started. I know we personally have done much better with each subsequent house we have purchase than the previous. Learn from your mistakes and move on :) Don't get it stuck in analysis paralysis.

This is an amazing place because the only thing everyone agree with is real estate. Other than that everyone has their own niche. So look around the blogs, forums and listen to the podcasts. If you see a post you enjoy check out the persons signature. Many of us including myself talk about our strategies, styles, niches and business model on our website. So definitely check that out as it is an amazing additional resource.
