Thanks for the input. I have never had to raise money, have mostly SFH and a small apartment. I found a apartment that I would like to pursue, but not even sure where to start to raise that kind of money. Are there any podcast or articles on transitioning to multifamily that you could recommend

I read about deals and syndications but how do you find someone that knows how to structure big deals .
