Introduction and Ultimate Goals

Hey BiggerPockets Community!

My name is Nate Branham and I'm an aspiring real estate investor from South Carolina. While I've yet to invest in my first deal, I've been spending the last 2-3 years studying real estate by reading books, listening to podcasts, reading articles, watching videos, and even spending some time with experts in the business. I also currently work full-time in property management and have experience working with tenants and building financial models.

I plan to utilize the BiggerPockets platform to share all the experience and book knowledge I have in hopes that it will provide value to someone who is in the same or different point in their career.

My long term goal is to become a commercial real estate syndicator and put deals together for accredited investors. I think this will provide me with substantial enough income to where I can start investing in real estate myself. My short-term goal for now is to network with as many people and learn as much as humanly possible! I'd also love to hear what your long-term goals in the real estate business are!

Thanks for reading.

-Nate
