When we took over it was mostly cash that the previous owner picked up.

We are getting them to pay online with stripe and cash app. Some still insist on cash.

it was 100% occupied and we self manage and do most of our own maintenance.

12 unit apartment its 11, 2 bed 1 bath and 1, 1 bed 1 bath
