Specific city a state data

Hello all . I an a long time post reader . I love this site and network, i have learned alot and i thank you all!! 

So i am looking for city and state data to make a decision on my next investment. My goal is a multi family in another market than my own. Where can I find this data?

    Hey @Paul Falbo

    What type of info are you looking for on cities and states? States and cities are a great place to start, but I would recommend scaling it down to an even smaller level, like zip code or neighborhood.


    A great tool I found for evaluating neighborhoods is VestMap! You can find a ton of information that should help you pick a great market for investing.
