Trying to decide on rental property software , just wondering if anyone has thoughts on Tenant Cloud.

It said you can manage up to 75 properties for free??

I just replied to another thread too, but I have been using TenantCloud for over a year and find it very easy to use as a landlord and for my tenants. I like it better than Cozy, and when I switched, my tenants told me they found it easier than Cozy as well.
