Welcome to BP @Caleb Boeckman.  I don't currently have any rentals. However, I am actively looking.  I live in Jefferson City and would be very interested in the PM business your friend has started here.  

To my knowledge you can back out whenever you want.  There may be penalties such as loss of earnest money and things like that.  The clauses must be added and accepted by the other party at the date you sign the purchase and sale.  I'm no expert and I'm pretty new to the whole investing experience but that is what my research and education has taught me so far.

I'm no expert.   However, it sounds like that would depend greatly on where you are located.

Congrats on the new subdivision.  That sounds exciting.  I would like to do some things like that in the future.  As for your question, I am no help.

Hello,

I have a wix.com website and with it I got some vouchers to help me with advertising.  One of the vouchers is for local directories.  It says that I need to have a physical address.  I work out of my home, so I am always hesitant to give out my address on things like this.  That's why I got a PO box.  However, the directories form says PO boxes aren't valid.  Has anyone in this situation dealt with this?  What did you do?  

I almost feel like I am worrying too much about this but privacy is important to me and I don't tell everyone where I live.  I'm not sure if being on the local directories is worth it or not.  What are your experiences with the value of the local directories for a house flipper or investor in general?
