Hi Payne,

I am an insurance agent in Jefferson City.  The type of insurance you decide to purchase would depend on how much risk you want to assume.  To answer the actual cash value question, a good place to start would be with the amount of money you have invested in the home(s).  Hope this helps.  I'd be happy to meet up with you and discuss this further.

Welcome to BP. Be sure to check out the BP podcasts and webinars. I have learned 99% of what I know from those sources. I like that you have big goals and an athletic background. The adversities you overcame playing basketball will help prepare you for your REI career. Good luck sir.

I am looking for flipping opportunities in the Jefferson City, MO area.  I prefer to invest in the west end of town and am looking for purchase prices around $50,000 with $25,000 or less rehab.  I will consider different options just giving some parameters.

Thank you for all of your repsonses.

@Evan Hunsberger Thanks for the tips.  I definitely am looking for consistency from pieces of marketing to facebook to business cards and logos.  Upwork is one I hadn't heard of.  Is it similar to Fiverr?

@Kevin Fox Thanks for the questions.

I have named my company.  I was thinking about what colors I want to use going forward yesterday some.  I am hoping to have a little free time this afternoon to iron out some of the details so that I can give the person a good direction to go in.  I was thinking that even though it's just $5 it would still be waste if I didn't give the person a good direction.

@Tamara Elliott-Deering That makes sense.  $5.50 is even better.  Thank you for your time.  When you say "whatever application" do you just mean any application that you can edit images? (sorry, maybe a stupid question)

@Ryan D. Thanks for the reply.  I will look into it.  I like your logo.  Your website looks great as well.

@Tamara Elliott-Deering Thanks for the reply.  I really like your logo! You definitely got a great deal for $11.  Do they send you a digital in several sizes or how does that work?  I may not be very tech savvy when it comes to design.

Hello BP,

Now that I've done a few deals and am looking to start to brand my company.  I'm looking to get a logo.  What/who have you used for your logo design?  What were prices and was the value there?  Have you noticed a better quality with any of the companies versus the others?

Thanks for the time.
