wholesaling newbie in Albany, NY area

Hello everyone! I currently own a small landscaping business and I'm looking to start wholesaling in upstate NY....Albany and surrounding areas. I'm looking for professionals/investors/wholesalers/anyone to network with. I'm looking for information in regards to the complete wholesale process. Any lawyer or title company info. Best way to build a buyers list. Info on REI meetings? Neighborhoods to begin wholesaling in? Auction info? Any information that can help me along the way. I was always taught that a closed mouth don't get fed. I'm very serious about getting into real estate. So please know that I will truly value any information you can share. Thanks.

I know that there is a REI meet up in Latham but can't remember when. I have not attended, I just remember reading about it. You may want to do a BP search on "Latham" to see if you can find it.
