Part-Time Real Estate Investor
Hey everyone,
Happy to join the BiggerPocket's community! I look forward to learning and moving forward in my real estate ventures. I currently own one rental property in Jefferson City, Missouri. I am looking to buy a duplex in a year or so that I can live in one unit and rent out the other. I am looking to slowly grow my real estate business on the side of my dad job and side ventures.

Welcome to biggerpockets, Caleb! I see you're from KC. So far I haven't purchased any properties over here on the East side of the state, but would like to look into some buy and hold or wholesaling over there.
