@Stephanie Birkhimer The information and confidence that comes with obtaining your real estate license, in my opinion, is worth every penny. I got my license for the same reason you are thinking about getting yours and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Go Pats!!

@Erin Elam Yes! If you would like I can have him give you a call or I can give you his number and you can call him at your convenience.

I'm curious if a home is "pre foreclosure" does that mean someone still lives in that house? If so could you contact them and make an offer to maybe help them walk away with something and you get a good deal at the same time? I'm not sure how this works. Thank you pros for being patient with this newb lol

Hello everyone! My name is Stephen Kiser, I am a 23 year old from Concord North Carolina (Town just north of Charlotte) My father is a licensed general contractor and I am wanting to get into investing but I have no job at the moment so I have just been trying to learn as much as i possibly can while looking for work. I guess my question is "is it possible to get started without a job"? I am ready to learn and willing to do whatever it takes! Thanks for all the help!
