I personally use Dan Bostick at Paramount Title Agency in Indy @Natalie Barber. Dan was a former employer at Meridian Title.

I am not familiar with those areas @Sunny P.. I am more knowledgeable on the above areas I stated from due diligence and driving the neighborhoods.

Do you hold properties in any of those above areas?  

Have you looked into local real estate meetups @Nick Campanella? That is usually a great place to start. 

Agreed with @Ned Carey on this. Personally I did not have a great experience with my first PM company so ended up building one to manage the properties I own. Keeps the interests aligned @Ayana Lugo & not as hands on if you build the PM company effectively.
