@Jill Smith Hi, you are off to a great start by having 3 already. Your end game will change as you age, just remember that once you sell the properties there is no more income. @Thaisa Simoes Monteiro agreed, 89139 is great for rentals. The 2 houses next to me were rented out within a week at $2300 each. The Henderson school system is definitely a big draw if you have kids. I helped someone that would not leave the certain school zone even if it meant buying an older beat up house at the same cost to new in other areas. Summerlin will always be good, but as it continues to develop further south, people are less happy looking on the north ends of it now.
