Only very few houses in Clearwater are grandfathered in and can be rented as STR.

Be careful in Clearwater, only very few properties are allowed for short-term rentals. The city is very strict, they book your property and fine you.

In Pienalls (and most other counties) you can calculate the future tax payment on the Property Appraiser website before you buy.
