one of the best ways to get info is check out the college

there they should have a small business development center

that is where youll find all the info on business and find some really cool people that can help you out with entity types, business grants, and development of web presence

@Heather Castellano

you may be able to find the groups through the local real estate agencies and or title companies

the grant programs are outlined at the tax office and the us govt grant site on line

there should also be a small business development center at the college that can get you lined out on the type of entity is required and the status of grants

you may need a grant writer to get the process started and they can also be found at the college

Creative financing is just that-creative

to me that is acquiring a property without any conventional means

depending on the property make up and the seller is how to get creative

there are types of loans you can acquire or transfer ownership on

there are sellers that will sell with a balloon in a few years

there are sellers that will sell with little or no money down

these are the properties the professionals do not know about or have never done a deal on

you have to get out and look for this type of property

you will not find them on the MLS or the internet

hope this helps

There is so much info out there on what to do in the order of doing it by someone

foundation is always the first thing, your house is built on it

get together with a friend of a friend that knows a contractor in your area and have them come over and give you a idea of what to do and where to start

I take it you are going to learn some stuff by doing? That is so cool!! good for you, get in there and learn
