you need to do some research on todays laws and regulations- back in the day you could rent out rooms to a quadriplegic with stairs and 2'0 doorways

do something your familiar with and can be good at it doesn't always have to be driven by money (GREED)

if you have nothing on paper then its word against word and your in court

do what is best to get the problem solved and don't make the mistake again

I would check your legalities in your state

these can be construed as a chain letter campaign

do you have a letter of proof of funds in the letter

if you really do not intend to or have the capacity to purchase the property this can be found in a court of law as fraud

We just bought a property on the Galveston island last year

there was a policy we had put together for flooding and flood plain and 100 year flood proxy

big deal- not really because in some locations are all flood plains for instance new Orleans is under the sea elevation

just figure what your flood insurance costs and add it like was mentioned

one thing they haven't got yet is zombie apocalypse insurance- maybe we should put together a binder for that- bet people would buy
