Hi Everyone,

My mother and I just inherited a property in Ahwatukee. Built in 1981, 836 sqft of living space, one bedroom plus a den along with one bathroom, and sits on a huge lot of about 11,200 sqft.

The house is complete paid off and we are looking for some contractors in the area that we can trust to help flip this home and many more to come as we get started in real estate.  If you know any contractors or you yourself are a contractor and help flip homes please contact me.  Also, if you have any advice for newbies I am all ears.
