Yeah another things about wholesaling virtual make sure you hire someone off Craiglist to take the pictures. It Doesn't have to be a professional from a "Photo Class" like in high school, but should be some one that can take the pictures so you have something to show your buyers!

I ended up working the deal worked it out with the tenants and it closed! It comes down to figuring out what everyone wants and make them all happy! This happen to be a "Really Really Great Time" and was worth it :P

Yes, My bandit signs are really really ugly I know i will try to keep them out of your neighborhood :P and the homeless people steal mine as well!!

I feel bad though for the one person who is "stalking" me. It would be best if they moved on and found a business that can make them there own money instead of coming after me and wasting their time and energy.

Tim I like absentee also out of state owners is good as well. Do you still drive for dollars or nah? I enjoy doing it nothing like blasting the music cruising down on a sunny day finding vacants I make a game out of it! lol

Yeah I am getting started on mailors this week as well, but I always had fun with signs. Always good to go out and hustle in the streets at night made me feel like I was being "Illegal" all over again lol!

Lol Yeah!! Must be competition or something!? It is like every time I leave my house to do signs he is there taking right there "stalking" my actions! I am very afraid of this person must be crazy or something!?? SMH!!

Hey guys, I am in Miami and I do signs here and there, but I have noticed there is a citizen who is really "stalking" me lately. I don't think it is code enforcement and It really seems they have nothing better to do but wait for me to put them out and then take them all down. You would think they have lives with their families, jobs, etc. Any one ever have this happen before?
