Theres a target rich area for wholesaling an hour away from my home. I had a couple different ideas and would love to hear some opinions on this concept. 1) I market and pre screen sellers and charge a premium bird dog fee to local wholesalers. My concern is that even if i received $1500 per deal i'd be leaving a lot of profit on the table. 2) Do the typical 'get what your buyers want' type strategy but my question is whats the best way to put a value on the property? Im sure you can get the typical price for a cash purchase from buyers but what if the property and/or repairs are atypical?
