Hello all I have a quick question to make sure i'm doing everything right. So i will be buying land from people and i will pay off their delinquent taxes in the process. So once me and the seller have agreed on a price. I send them the purchase agreement and they sign it. What happens next? does he need a notary to sign it? I will be using a title company by the way.

Hey, I was wondering what the benefit of using lead propeller is. Does it generate traffic to my website? I made a website elsewhere and is it any different from lead propeller?

My postcards are going o delinquent absentee owners. I plan to flip the land. I decided on land because i find it interesting and not many people do it, as in there will not be that much competition.  Any advice you have will be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your response

Hello all, I will be doing my first direct mail campaign in a week and i will be buying land. I have two formats for my campaign, a letter and a postcard. They are both drafted up and ready to go. I was just wondering which one you guys have found the most success with a letter or a postcard. As i will be sending out 500 copies that will cost around $200 i want to get the most responses for my money. Thank you in advance

@Kevin PrenticeIf i can get a piece of land for under $2000 that i know i can sell for $4000 or $5000 when the market value id $8000 there is not that much risk involved, worst case scenario is that i hold on to it for a couple months.
