I am very interested in real estate, it could be buying and selling vacant land, renal properties, anything of that nature and i was wondering as a college student what is the most profitable avenue to go down for investing, my available capital is around $4000

@Joe Mclain No. I am trying to buy the land before they do to tax deed sales. and tax deed sales require more money and i will mist likely have to clear the title if i buy it through a tax deed. I am not interested in that. thanks though

Hello everybody, I am a 20 year old college student who is looking to make some money on the side to help pay for my college. I tried doing direct mail campaigns for residential vacant land but i have not had that much success with it. I will continue to try this method because it has the potential to be very profitable, but the cost of sending the letters is adding up and i was wondering if there are any other ways to invest for the short term where i cant make some money and where i don't have to work full time as i am in college. Thank you for the help!

Hello all. I am a new real estate investor who will be investing in raw land. I was wondering if i should get my real estate license. I want to have access to the MLS to sell my properties. How much would this cost to get my license and how long would it take and if i should even do it at all. Thank you in advance

@Victor Noriega I just sent out my first direct mail campaign for vacant land too. When you sent out the letter how soon did you get calls and how many days after the first call did people continue to call? I'm asking because i sent my list on Thursday and today is Monday i already received a call, and only one. I'm worried
