Hello everyone, I have a question. So when I buy a tax deed property do I have to get a quite title for every one I buy or just some and would I have to get a quiet title for a tax deed land property

Hello, I live in Florida and I know about Unclaimed excess tax deed sale proceeds, is it legal to have a company where have my attorney draw up an agreement between me and the person who has claim to this excess money to where I tell them about this money the have claim to for a fee? because in most cases the person who has claim to this money usually don't know it.

Hello all. I am going to start investing in tax deed land properties. I was looking for advice from someone who has experience with pure land lots, I would like to know what to look for, what to avoid, and other details like that. Any help is greatly appreciated. By the way my budget is $3000 if that matter

Hello, I am a new investor starting with tax deeds. I was curious how a property goes from owned by a person, to going up for a lien, to going to a tax deed sale and if i buy at a tax deed sale does the person with the tax lien have first dibs to the property?. I live in florida by the way. Thank you

@Tajh Tyler Yes, you buy them at the auction, lets say you get one for $1000 and the market value is $7000, you list in everywhere, knock on the neighbors doors and everything you can and try and sell it for $5000. Thats how land sales work, unless you want to build on it
