Hi Bruce, I’m currently looking for a duplex in Oceanside. Do you think it’s an good time to buy right now with it being a sellers market? And is it possible to cover at least most of the mortgage with the rent from the other unit in Oceanside?

Do you need to sign up on those commercial brokerage sites to have access to the reports? I'm looking at some sites near Oceanside CA, but don't see information like that. Would you know any reliable commercial brokerage sites for this area by any chance?
