Renewing tenants lease
I’m renewing my tenants lease for the first time. I said I’d have to inspect the property and he agreed. What are some things I should look out for?

@Som Jafari when I do a home inspection I like to follow along the left side of the wall all the way around. This way I do not miss anything. Open cabinets, turn on lights, run disposer, open blinds (to verify no broken/cracked windows), look at angle stops behind toilets, dripping underneath sinks, chewed up corner baseboards (indication of dogs)......
