Newbie Wholesaler-In Training from Oceanside
Greetings BP! I’ve been soaking up all the great content in these forums. Looking to start in wholesaling and have been reaching out to RE agent friends and friends in the mortgage game...and none of them know anything about wholesaling. Lol! So now I’ve been getting educated through reading and listening to podcasts.
Little about me, I was born and raised in Oceanside. We purchased our first home in Oceanside 2002 and still live there today. I’ve worked in law enforcement for the past 17 years and now that I’m coming up on my 20 year mark I’d like to start looking at the next chapter in my life...so here I am! Looking to learn from an experienced wholesaler/investor without dropping thousands of dollars for a mentor/coach. Thanks for all the useful info BP!
