What color bandit signs do you think work best? White with Blue or Yellow with Black?

Also what kinds of catchy sayings do you put on yours? I feel like we buy houses just blend together.
I've been thinking about putting "Terry buys Scary Houses :)" on mine thinking the slogan would stick out in peoples heads.
