Congrat Sarah,

Just quick question. How much does usually does a SFH in Jackson rent for thats under 30k??

Gotta Agree with Jon here,

We're here to Help you out with question, not doing the work for you. Do some research, using website like zillow, RE website ect. CA is Expensive, but for out of state, u gotta use PM for the work. I believe I read somewhere on forum that you needed minimum of 23 property to keep a positive cash flow or 17 debt free one.

Happy Thanks Giving Jon,

Wouldn't we wish there is a black Friday for RE with 40% off every property.

Don't take things too personal. People are having bad time, but business is business. Offer them 3 choices, First is move out. Second have them get selection 8. Third Raise the rent every few month with notice, till it reaches the $700 rent.

Hell, The second I heard my rent increase, I move out.

Hi All,

I need a agent near Tampa FL, to help me find a house in 2-3 Month. I'm currently in CA, and flying down there in Feb or earlier if I find a deal I'm interested.

I need a Agent for MLS, and contact info when I reach down there.

Let me know if anyone can help me out.

Thanks
-Shuai

Hi Justin,

Define the Help you need. You need Money? or Advice. If you need money, there is nothing we can do here. "No Easy money" as they say it somewhere. If you need advice, I'm sure a lot of people here can help you out.

Thanks Chuck. Reason I'm buying across the country, is the price around me is way too high. Los Angeles housing price is near highest in the country other then NY. Since I figure I got some cash to invest, why not buy from somewhere that is cheap. I'm just thinking FL from top of my head, still researching areas.

Hi All,

I'm getting ready to get my feet wet with REI, but got a question for you all. I know Cash is King, but I cant find a clear answer.

I'm looking to buy around 25k - 50k in Florida, and cant figure out if I want to put cash or mortgage it. Seem to me that Cash is great option, but it would leave me out of any money left in the bank. If I mortgage it, do I have to use the local bank from FL?? I'm in CA, so I don't want to fly out there just to get a mortgage info.

Thanks
-Shuai
