Cash or Mortgage?
Hi All,
I'm getting ready to get my feet wet with REI, but got a question for you all. I know Cash is King, but I cant find a clear answer.
I'm looking to buy around 25k - 50k in Florida, and cant figure out if I want to put cash or mortgage it. Seem to me that Cash is great option, but it would leave me out of any money left in the bank. If I mortgage it, do I have to use the local bank from FL?? I'm in CA, so I don't want to fly out there just to get a mortgage info.
Thanks
-Shuai
