Congratulation!

The key point is that you can understand the plan, and that you actually made one. Now with that you can create a more professional presentation of the plan and you can use that to attracted money and associates to work with you. 

Double checked and triple checked my code and still made a mistake when I ran the email sending code. So I sent out two dozen emails and on everyone of them I called the person Dan, lol. Fixed the code, now I can completely automate my introduction email as long as I have a list of deal finders in a city.

So in a funny twist of fate, my real estate work has brought me back to coding. I left programming to focus on investing, lol. I'm now writing systems to control all the data we have been gathering. Leveraging my skills into investing for the win!

@Greg Soon at the moment I'm afraid not. We still look in the local markets but with how sparse it is we started looking into other states. If anything comes my way I will let you know.
