New Hampshire Multifamily

Hello all, my name is Keith and my wife and I are planning on purchasing our first property (multifamily) in the southern New Hampshire market, preferably Nashua and the farthest north would be Manchester, to househack through an FHA loan. Any suggestions on which cities and towns are the best for this strategy? Also, how is the general rental market in these areas in terms of demand and price?
