I recently bought Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat by David Greene from the Bigger Pocket's store. The Ebook bonus material downloaded ok but the links for two of the videos (How to Interview and Hire a Great Contractor &How to Raise Private Capital for Your Next BRRRR Deal (Presentation)) on Vimeo return could not find the page errors. I have tried to reach out to support, and they first sent me links for bonus material on a book I did not buy and then stopped answering my emails. Does anyone know where I could find the above videos?

Hello @Andrew Gibeaut

My wife Tame and I are also long distance investors working in the Toledo market. We have based out of New Hampshire and really like what we have seen in the Ohio markets. We can not agree more with the others above about making sure you have people on the ground. We have been working very hard to vet a team of locals with personal knowledge about the Toledo market. It is very much like doing due diligence on a house, once we have people we can trust in Toledo we will leverage their skills to make solid deals. We hope we get the chance to work with you. Good hunting to you!

I am interested in how everyone sets up their joint ventures.

Did you setup an LLC for that deal?

Was it only a contract for a how the deal was structured?

Did you setup a fund with you in control of it and the other parties were investors?

I know that for us in northern New Hampshire, Ohio is big on our radar. We have had a massive influx of tech companies over the last few years. Add covid and people fleeing the cities for more rural areas and our market is nuclear. The market didn't have much for inventory before those two events. Add onto that the limited talent to work on property, with some contractors backed up by up to two years and investors start looking for where else they can do business.

@Dan Amaro my wife and I are also interested in deals that you are finding. We are gathering up several long distance investors to work as a cooperative on projects there in Columbus as well as Toledo. Feel free to drop us a line and we can talk about what you would like for compensation.
