It's been a while since I've posted here. In general, how are all of your rehabs going and how is the market treating you guys? Are their to many house available/not enough, good profits/bad returns, more competition/no competition, ect...

Share your current stories. I'll start with mine.

No house yet, still in college, finishing up one more semester after this.

Still learning about flipping, hopefully it won't be to late by time I'm all ready.

Mike seems to be a legit guy and very upfront, I wanted to see and ask if anyone has ever done any of his Bootcamps and what you think about it, or if you are a member of his website/forum, do you find it helpful?

I would love to do his house flip Bootcamp, just have to find the time.

Well, I know about Trulia & Zillow but have heard they are not the most accurate. I was more curious too see if anyone has actually used this service before and what they think of it.

Thanks!

I have looked at some of those topics in the link provided, however I am trying to narrow it down to the five most IMPORTANT questions, I have also made a list myself, but can't decided on which questions to ask first too not waste my time or maybe one of the questions is not listed. Take a look. Some questions were taken from BP, other blogs and my mind. Not as neat as it would be in MS Word.

How else are you finding your leads? Their seems to not be too much inventory on MLS or not in the targeted areas I would like.

After a bit of studying and being on the forums and reading, we finally went to a few banks and got approved for a 500K HELOC. Now that step 1 is pretty much done, should we just jump right into looking for a property? We have our targeted locations and price range (as we are not going to use all the funds). I have been checking out the MLS as I have access to it, but not too many properties show up recently. I have also checked with local laws and the use of bandit signs are "illegal" so for now I do want to stay away from that. My main goal/question now is what kind of marketing should I use to find my first property?

Thanks!
