I would think the opposite. Higher rates mean less people can afford to buy which means a greater need for rentals.

A good read with some solid numbers. Many of these zips are already well out of reach for investors however there are several that are new to the list.  I really like anything near the new Blue Lynx Line.

You should receive a lead based paint disclosure when you purchase and will have to provide one when you sell the property.

I agree that some of the areas mentioned are already saturated with investors and finding a good deal would be difficult.  Still an interesting list.
