Hello,

My husband is a licensed GC who has been doing flips pretty much exclusively for the last 5 years. I am a licensed agent and accredited stager. We are talking with some investors about forming a partnership on a flip. They would provide the funds and handle the finances, we would do all the work including renovations, staging, marketing, listing to close. What are the typical split ratios happening these days for this type of deal? Also, anyone has a template for an agreement.
