Thank you all for your quick and valuable inputs.

It is a 3BR single family home asking for 1350$ currently marketed by my PM. How much do you suggest it should go down to attract tenants?

Thanks!

Seetha.

Hello All

I have been having a hard time renting my home in Edmond, Oklahoma. The tenants vacated in Nov 2014 and so far there were no applications yet. House is in a great condition. Looking at the zip code i realized there are 71 homes on market which have a similar issue.

Could someone explain me why are we having this problem in Edmond, OK and also what can be done to get it rented fast?

Thanks!

Seetha

Hello Hattie,

Can you please let me know your opinion about Haslet suburb? Also which regions in Fort worth have less property taxes? Around Euless they all seem to be very high.

Thanks!

Hello All,
I am newbie to this forum, it feels great to see all like minded people at one place.

I need your suggestion for finding a deal in Bay area. I am trying to buy a condo in Bay area especially Sanjose for around 250K with 25% down payment. There are many listings for around 250K but the problem is when i put the offer, the cash offers are beating me. I tried hard and this has happened multiple times already. I definitely do not want to downpay more than 25% because i want to take advantage of the low interest rates.

Folks please help me in letting know what kind of strategies do i need to implement? How to get my offer selected when there are multiple cash offers?

Thanks!
Seetha.
