The best ways to determine if a virtual assistant is worth their weight:

Are you getting enough calls to make a deal but just don't have the time or the patience to filter the calls?

If so then you probably want to hire a virtual assistant and at leaast you will make someone else accountable to take and make those painstaking calls.

-Do you want the imagine of a big business?

If so, then you may want to hire a virtual assistant because nothing screams small home base business more than a one man show. You being the only voice of the company makes potential sales leary they want to know that other people are involved is my experience.

-Have you made and taken enough calls to know how to properly screen the calls?

If so, then you can effective relay the message to the virtual assistant to where even a junior student can extract pertinent information with the right questions.

These are some of the best ways to determine if hiring a virtual assistant is necessary at this point in your business.

I am researching a few stoources to see if they are worth me mentioning them here.

If I get positive feedback then i will give you some better virtual assistance.

The thing anyone should be afraid of is working a 9-5 for the rest of your lives. Basically the fear of being dependent on a job after you become of age is just frightening.

Speaking to someone that can shift your outcome should be so easy because it can change your life and way of living.

If you can't pick up the phone get someone that can. Someone that just wants to see you do good. It's not hard now get out there any have fun.

This not meant to be legal advice, but make sure your contracts have the assignment clause in them. If not then you might come across problems if someone wants to go so low, plus most real estate contract state specific that you get from agents have a non-assignable clause which your agent might be referring too.

after giving this topic more thought a credibility kit is for an investor that wants to acquire a real estate agent to generate leads.

Most agents questions an investors credibility and with them a kit is almost necessary. Especially if you want them to hand over short sale leads.

Dealing with homeowners a kit isn't really important since your marketing and systems should speak professionalism for you.

My systems automatically build credibility for me.

You are right that the blackberry isn't as fast as the cable turbo speed, but what can you expect from a wireless mobile or cell phone.

It gets the job done faster than dial-up and keeps you in the loop of your business in real time. I see you mentioned that your smart phone needed charging at midday, but the good part about the blackberry is when you use it as a modem it charges while you have it connected to your computer.

My blackberry g3ts pretty good reception, no complaints there.

I don't think I would want an iphone because you can't use it like a blackberry. The good thing about a blackberry is you can download some of the same apps as an iphone without the flaky mishaps,

My question for you is why would you ever go back to a Kia, when you had a Benz?

bandit signs are a waste of time and money at least in my area. there aren't a whole lot of them and that is for good reasons.

they aren't targeted and they just don't get you the good deals consistently. i wouldn't want my business to be associat3d with a cheap and cheesy marketing ploy.

you don't see your local phone company using bandit signs nor do you see your local food chains use bandit signs. bandit signs represent a small company with low funds or someone that has a hobby.

i don't want that type of stigma for my business.
