Who knew you could use your blackberry as a modem for your pc or laptop? I think it is pretty cool, i am on my laptop right now posting here with the help of my blackberry.

The funny thing is it is faster than regular dial up, plus the service is cheaper than most internet providers that allow you to take your modem on the go. The benefit of the blackberry is two fold, if you are at work you can check your message through your blackberry and on your lunch you whip out the laptop.

Blackberry is hands down the best phone for the savvy business person. I think its more cooler than the iphone because you can't use the iphone as a modem.

with a thousand dollars you need to come up with a few videos and place them on the internet. your videos can't be cheesy and you can hire someone to edit them for you.

properly crafted videos can bring droves in new business.

There are a lot of ways to accomplish your goals but the most cost effective route is to use a wordpress blog.

Then add an auto-responder form on your blog then have a good time.

A blog is the best way to go if you are strapped for cash and would like to make changes on the fly!

Post: Craig List Ad

Craigslist is a good source b/c it is free. If that site is the best use of your time then go for it.

You always want to be in more than one place Craigslist seems like a spam site now, and I don't see a whole lot of value in the ads that are on there.

i.e. Most of the house listings are realtors that spam the site, even the for sale by owner section. It's just not the best place to include your business.

Branding wise it doesn't make sense, but if you have a house or something to sell ok. The real estate section is a nightmare, however you could place and ad or two. You could even test multiple times or the next few weeks, unless there are a lot of other listings you will be considered a spammer if you post your ad more than once over a weeks period.

A few years before everyone violated and circumvented the code of conduct Craigslist used to have one of the most productive sites.

I still don't understand how to use social media as a source for leads without making it a second job.

Credibility packages sounds like a good idea, but I haven't had many sellers question that I can do what I say.

I guess it's all about how you present yourself and how you have everything set up. If you have all the cool technology and the other twist a credibility pack might push a some what motivated seller.

However the whole idea is to deal with motivated sellers. If the seller isn't motivated then move to the next one. There are too many to try to hammer one down.

I believe that if you know what you are talking about and can relay the message effectively then you have proven your credibility.

I think newspaper ads work well if you have somewhere to send them. If you have a website to send prospects to then I think you will have a better lead flow.

You should really focus on more than one way to market yourself. When you notice one isn't working well, you can fine tune it but you will have others coming in from different sources.

What kind of budget are you working with?

maybe you space your mailings to those list between 4 to 6 months for the first year then maybe once per year. you don't want to get on peoples nerves. they get the point you buy houses, space out the mailings as far between as you can and still maintain effectiveness.

had you cut the follow up to four months in between you can have been pounding other demographics. if you need any help let us know.
